The hotel was conveniently located near Gatwick, making it easy to reach after a long flight. The rooms were showing signs of age but were kept clean, though the lack of windows and uncomfortable beds made it challenging to rest well. The staff's behavior was inconsistent, with some instances of immaculate service but also rude interactions. The location was practical for quick airport access but marred by a sea of parked cars, and although the dining had some nice options, the quality and value were lacking at times.
